It is a good place to rest and stay away from the scorching sun if you are travelling around bijapur without taking any transportation. Breezing wind, and not bad view of the city.

Although there is not much to do here, it is well worth a visit, perhaps combined with the Upli Burj or Ibrahim Rouza. There is a reasonable view from the top and the cannon is just magnificent. The place is very clean and well maintained.

It's generally very crowded and near impossible to take a break and sit in the shade in the extreme heat. Not much to see, similar canons in front of the Archeological museum.
