Right now they are building a wall. Not sure why. It is taking away the view from the restaurants. The beach itself is still great with lots of space good seating smf umbrellas. Much nicer than Kuta in my mind less yahoos

This beach is worth going to at sunset. Take your camera and ge an award winning picture. During the day go for a swim, have a massage or just relax with a drink, it's nicer than Kuta.

December is monsoon season but it will still be very hot. I travelled over cgristmas and new year and it was hot and it rained randomly. The rain doesnt always last for a long time anyway so you can still enjoy. Have fun
