Great surf for beginners or advanced. Board hire available. Good food options and well priced (most with awesome views). Good massage (Iluh at Bella Spa). Great remote surf. Black sand beach but still very scenic (though could do with a litter clean up). Ask locals...More

The black sand beach for beginner surfers. The cafes along the shore - is where to eat. Board rental is available.

The beach is quite rocky and there was the usual rubbish there that is dumped mostly by the river. The water is more for surfing than swimming and not for anyone who is not a confident swimmer.
