The gardens were pretty, with some stunning flowers but I was underwhelmed by this temple and a little disappointed as I was really looking forward to visiting it.

Yes, this place is popular and not close to Ubud or Kuta, but it quite amazing. Even on cloudy days the views are beautiful. The location actually features several temples so if you only have time for one temple make it this one. Sure, it's...More

It is nice place, little overcrowded, but not disappointing. Few restaurants inside however several kilometers back to Denpasar there are better places for lunch.

We visited the temple during our one day tour of Bali and I'm glad that it was part of the itinerary as it's a beautiful location. My wife had heard good things about the temple and I have to say it doesn't disappoint with its...More

It's a couple of hours drive from the city but really worth it. Set on the banks of Beratan lake and with some structures into the lake it's an awesome place to be. The entry charges at 100000 Indonesian rupees was one of the highest....More

Beautiful place, worth a quick visit...we stopped off here on our way back to Tanah Lot from Lovina. We got there around 10am and it was pretty packed with visitors already.

The temple and surrounding grounds were lovely. We spent a few hours walking through the park areas and taking pictures. It is definitely worth the trip. Tip: arrive as early as possible. The tour buses start unloading around lunch time and the place becomes mobbed....More

A beautiful temple with a serene lake setting. The palace itself is beautiful with large colorful statues that I hadn't seen at other temples. Surrounding the temple is a grassy park filled with large animal statues.

I am pretty sure the foreigner ticket is R50,000. Not sure about the local price, but it is usually somewhat cheeper. You can't enter the temple, it is very small and on the island. But the ticket price includes entry into... More
