Start your day at Morning Call and get some good coffee and delicious beignets and avoid the cafe du monde lines. Then go across the street to the sculpture garden, wander around the park or rent some bikes.

This is a huge park. We had kids so spent a lot of time in the story book playground. This is really well done with characters from Mother Goose.

Nice little snack shop. Everyone agreed that the beignets were much better than Cafe Du Monde. Lots of play areas for the children.

I’m not sure exactly what your question is. They do not have strollers for babies to rent like the zoo. But if you are going you definitely need a stroller because there is quite a lot of walking to be done.

Hi, I’m not from NOLA but the city park does have a web site and maybe the event calendar may provide more information. I hope that may help.
