Nice setup, challenging and fun, easy booking, highly recommended! And our room guide Tekkie was great, enhanced the overall experience! He seemed shy at first but we later learned his role is to monitor us and keep the experience moving smoothly. He did that very well, chiming in over the intercom exactly when we needed instruction, and towards the end kept us moving so we could get the most out of the experience.
First time for me and my wife in an actual escape room Oct-22; but we enjoy home versions (Unlock, Exit) and that likely helped. I booked online only 90mins before start time on a Thursday night and ended up getting the room to ourselves, which we hoped for. We did The Heist, nice balance of easy and hard clues, great variety and surprises. Yes we got through it with only 90 seconds left, though we wouldn't have without the allowed hints and a few nudges from Tekkie; but never felt like we were given spoilers. Even if we hadn't finished it would have been worth it. Fun date night, look forward to another one!

We did the special ops mission at the escape game and loved it! We’ve done probably about 15-20 escape rooms and I’d have this in our top 3 no question. It had really high production value, a wide variety of clues, and they were very intuitive. We had a blast and can’t wait to do all the other rooms here. Couldn’t recommend it anymore.

Me and my boyfriend went there a few days ago, the staff is amazingly friendly and they guide you along the way....super helpful. We are planning to go back and try a new game very soon, we beat the prison escape with 8 and a half minutes left which left them astounded lol. Anyone visiting the city should definitely go you won’t regret it, if you’re a group that’s even better...

Our visit to escape game was alot of fun. Everyone there was very nice and knowledgeable about the game. We ran a little late getting there but they still got us in pretty quick and we had a great time. I would highly recommend doing it if you've never tried it.

We’ve now done 3 of the 4 rooms offered here and loved each one! Special ops was amazing! The heist could have been built to be more intuitive. Prison break was a fun time as well, though we happened to be with a bunch of rowdy and confused elderly people. It was fun but boy, what even happened?!? Special ops is just so well put together though, I can’t speak highly enough for how everything flowed so nicely!

Great experience - we did Special Ops with 4 people - and escaped. It wasnt easy but we did it with only minutes to spare. The only bummer was some of the things in the room didnt work properly, causing a little confussion and cost precious time. Did it take away from the experience? no, because we made it out. Had we not, it would have been due to thier equpment not working properly.

The employees are very fun and personable. The room I played was unique and enjoyably challenging. I would definitely recommend others to give this place a go. Although I was surprised that the rooms weren’t New Orleans themed, it’s nice to get “away” from the city for an hour too (I’m a NOLA resident)

This will be the 4th room here in New Orleans I've done at the Escape game and having now done rooms at every escape room in New Orleans this is no question the best one. The workers are all very friendly, Krysti the GM is great, the rooms are all very high production value, and they're difficult without being impossible. This time my friends and I did the Heist room, and like I said it was still very good, but I would say of the 4 options here it was the worst one. I'd still probably give it an 8 out of 10, but it clearly had suffered some wear, and didn't have as high of production value as the others. I'd say the Special Ops mission was the best, followed by the Playground, then the Prison Break and lastly the Heist. Again, I think all 4 are great though so you really can't go wrong, but if you can only do 1 because you're in town for a short time, I'd recommend Special ops.
Hopefully they add more rooms to this location because my group of friends and I are dying to get more and would gladly pay to do so. Thanks again Krysti for all your help! We had a wonderful time and really think you will too.

This was our first Escape Room adventure and it did not disappoint. We had 36 seconds left on the clock, but we did it! It took all five of us and we did so well working as a team. The employees were so kind and helpful. Definitely do one of these in your next trip!

Awesome place! Very fun, clean and in a very popular area of the city! The staff were all so great! So friendly and patient ! They Also had a surprise for the birthday girls waiting (just some fun sized candy, but still such a nice gesture!). I would definitely come back
