Listened to a band here while we enjoyed coffee and beignets. We were here on a weeknight and you'd never know you were on Bourbon Street, totally different vibe. Free to sit and enjoy, if there's music make sure to tip!

I am a solo traveler. I wandered upon this place and was so happy with it! Enter thru the black gates and it’s a beautiful outdoor eating area with a little stage. (Seating area is covered, safe from rain!) There’s a little bar and an area where you order food and they bring it out to you. I had the roast beef po boy, it was great and very filling! I had frozen drinks, they were tasty but at $12 each for a lightly alcoholic slushee from a machine I felt they were overpriced. I’m sure beer would have been cheaper but I’m on vacation I wanted girly frozen drinks lol. The live music was fantastic, there were three guys on stage and they did an awesome job with both the music and engaging with the audience. If you’re thinking of going here, do it! :)…

On the evening we visited, there was a jazz performance of local musicians. It is a small area and the night we were there it was hot. Being in that small place was fun but claustrophobic. The statues were full of history. Once you walked to the end of the square it was more room and a lot cooler. There are many food vendors with good New Orleans cuisine. The music was free but the food had to be purchased. prices were very affordable. …

This is a cute little patio with some drink and food vendors off the side but nothing special. In the evening there is music but now not the kind of Jazz or New Orleans feel you would expect. It will feature some more modern/rock or lounge type of music. It might be worth a stop if you are in the area but not worth making an extra stop.…
