We found 3 different Black Hills and Custer SP visitor centers. This one was very good. Stop at any you see on the roads.

Just happened to come on this visitors center completely by accident and it is a must stop if you are fortunate enough to find it. Very informative - don't miss the movie that they offer there too

You can contact the State Game Lodge which is located near there and ask them, or the Custer State Park Reservation Center. I know there is a campground there also, as well as a motel.
