The Joker card, included in our hotel rate, enabled into ride this for free. About 10 mins to the top station at 1,480m from where there are spectacular views, and a plethora of walks over the hills are available. It's a nice easy downhill walk...More

Lovely views from top of lift. Several good walks to Saalbach from easy mainly downhill ones to more testing walks. Recommend walk to Reiterkogel onto Bernkogal, Spielberghaus alm (wonderful food) and back to Saalbach via one of several paths.

Using a Joker card, we were able to explore Kodok mountain from here, a treasure hunt for kids (and their parents). Only part is suitable for buggies, and some agility is required in places, allow a couple of hours.

The mountain is very high, the view was really goos. The day that we went there was a really nice day so we enjoy a lot.

The gondola opens at 9am and displays when the last visit is(weather dependant). The gondolas are constantly moving so you have to be aware to get on quick unless you have a leg injury (or similar) like I did. The staff will stop the gondola...More

One of the smaller cable cars in the area, does half way up the mountain to start the walks. Great views once you climb up route 3 (Red).

Great opportunities for walks in all directions. Even in wet weather it is great. Loved the Reiterate.

Perfect for nordic walking. Great views, nice smelling cows and a nice place for enjoying a beer half way to the top. Even some flowers for those of you who are in to that.

The night sledging is at lift no 47. We did not do that one but I saw some part of the slope which appeared to have a reasonable elevation. If I should guess I would say it is 3km long. The people who had done it appeared... More
