I enjoyed two excellent day's skiing with Piste to Powder's guide Tom. In unpromising conditions he found great snow and pushed me to my limits in a way that was challenging but satisfying. I would definitely ski again with Tom if I have the good fortune of returning to St Anton

A very professional and fulfilling experience. Our guide was Stefan K and led us to a very rewarding day in challenging off-piste conditions. He provided valuable tips and advice in a clear and calm way which contributed to a fun (and safe) day out!

Thanks Stefania for your feedback, We do always allow our customers to change. Up to 3 days before it is of course possible to move or cancel a booking free of any charges. We try to be as flexible as we can, if we are asked to make changes, even up to the day before. On the guiding day - as you will appreciate, we have already booked the guide and we are not able to swap the day because of less than optimal ski conditions - which we agree it was. Despite this, many of the groups that went out still had fun on that day. We do want you to be happy with your experience, and hope that you also understand that as with a beach holiday - sometimes the weather is just not what we want! Happy to hear however that you were pleased with the guiding and still had a good day.
