I attended a couple of different shows at this theatre. It is a great little place to take a trip through the dramatic acting. It is intimate and cozy but the quality of the productions I've seen are excellent.

I'm always amazed at the excellence of this little theater. I recommend getting tickets early because word does get out about these productions and seats are limited.. I love Monte Python and this is one of the best production of Spamalot I've seen. I have not as many belly laughs in years.. Thank you to ALL those involved! The actors,... More

ad hoc local actors put on four or five productions a year. Some aspiring teenage actors travel here to get on stage.

This is as professionally run as any Broadway theater! Shows are always well-prepared and actors do a fine job of portraying the characters they are assigned. There is great talent in the desert and they all need to be congratulated. The direction and management of this theater is to be commended for the professionalism and dedication to bringing high quality... More

Although it has been a while since I've gone to a show (had a baby last year), my husband and I have gone to many at Theater 29 over the years. You'd be surprised at the talent that can be found locally. A great, economical evening of family entertainment!

Good plays with local actors. Would like the plays to have a rating system though so I know when to bring kids and when not to.

Saw Bye Bye Birdie on Friday 3/21. Known for putting on quality, non-equity Broadway productions. Theater holds about 70. Cast was very enthusiastic. Production first rate. Tickets only $10. Along with Groves Cabin Theatre, would recommend to any theatre-goer in Hi-Desert to visit Theatre 29...you will enjoy.
