Had a great (free) tour. Would do this again. It wasn't through the plantation, only the entrance and the equipment, but it was highly enjoyable.

There is a light tour on the coffee farm - you do get to see the roasters and better behind the scenes of the process (measures, lasers). I was a little disappointed that if you wanted a better understanding you had to purchase the VIP tour

The drive to Mountain Thunder was pretty and the facility is quaint. The staff were all very friendly and the guide did a great job. Everyone enjoyed the resident cats.

We stopped in here to pick up some Kona Coffee to take home with us. We happened to get there right as a tour was starting. Originally we opted out of the tour as we just wanted to visit the gift shop. After wandering around the gift shop, we realized that no one was going to take our money as... More

Did a private 2 hour tour with Bryce. He was amazing! He knew everything. He knows his plants very well which was pretty impressive. We learned a lot from him. The process of the whole coffee making was cool. They also have free coffee tasting which I enjoyed a lot hehe. There's so much options on the Big Island for... More

We went there for the tour and coffee sampling, but due to a family emergency of the owners there were no tours that day. We did love the coffee and purchased several pounds.

With a free coffee and a tour every hour, you can't go wrong here. They explain the production of the coffee in the barn, I did learn a lot. I just wish they have walked us though the coffee fields a bit, just to see that. The coffee they serve is good and strong. I found the gift shop was... More

This tour is informative and fun. There were beautiful cats as official greeters and lounging about. The chickens were friendly too and everyone got along. The tour itself was amazing. It was fun learning about coffee. Coffee and chocolate have very similar growing features. The tasting was great. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was fun to visit this coffee farm. It is close to Kona and a beautiful drive to get to the farm. There are roosters, chickens, cats and a dog to greet you upon arrival. The tour of the Farm is informative and interesting. They have organic coffee at this location and I can tell you it is very tasty!... More

A short but very informative experience. Real Kona coffee from the estate, can't beat it. Our guide was very knowledgeable. A fun drive up into the mountains, then coffee, chickens, dog and cat. Cool. Delicious coffee.

Thank Howie F
