Staying in Kona for a week with a large family meant we would need a lot of supplies, the fresh produce here was perfect for us to prepare some great meals. We tried fruit from almost every vendor here and it really pays to be selective and shop around. One vendor had great pineapple and another had better mangoes. We... More

We went here for souvenirs for friends and family that were actually made in Hawaii. We found fabric items (quilts, aprons & bags), jewelry (beads, gems & leather) soaps, fans etc. They also had lots of local fruits and vegetables.

We stop at this market several times a week each time e visit Kailua Kona. The apple bananas are so very sweet, and they have pineapple that is very low on acid. There are also vendors that sell plants, flowers, crafts, jewelry and more.

The Kona Farmers Market is also known as the Kailua Village Farmers & Crafts Market inasmuch as there is a good dose of fresh produce and craft/collectible items to be found. It's open from 7am to 4pm Wednesdays thru Sunday. Located right on Ali'i Drive and Hualaiai, it is convenient to get to and if you can't find any free-parking... More

View an entire produce stand without knowing any of the fruits! Amazing array of vegetable exotica, gorgeous flowers, handcrafts galore. Very fun stop in Kona. (Then go across the street to the Kona Inn for lunch, and order the calamari.)

It’s not the greatest farmers market, but I would highly recommend stopping by and picking up a fresh and juicy golden pineapple. Some vendors will even chop it up for you right then and there. Mine was so sweet and uber juicy. I wouldn’t recommend buying souvenir here though.

The Kona famers market provides easy shopping and parking to pick up some wonderful island fruits. You will not believe the size of the mangoes. the arts and crafts are unique to the Hawaiian culture. It is located next to St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Went on a Saturday afternoon. Check the web for times open.

Got great deals on locally grown fruits and vegetables. Amazed by the selection. Fun talking with the locals.

Went here based on reviews, so disappointed! Fruit was over priced and the trinkets etc were poor quality and over priced. Don't recommend this place
