Seward is a very small tourist town. The aquarium is a must see here. 1.5 hour is enough to look around in the aquarium. I especially like the sea birds, and salmon display

This is not Sea World or the Monterrey Bay Aquarium, but it is awesome regardless. A truly educational experience on all things underwater in Alaska. The price is worth the visit.

This is a nice, well run fun sealife center. It is easy to find and not too expensive. The shop inside is breaming with mementos of your trip...not just cheap souvenirs either. This is a must see on a rainy day...or any time!

My wife and I enjoyed our morning visit to the Alaska Sea Life Centre (ASLC) following our one night stay at the Best Western Plus Edgewater Hotel, Seward as part of our escorted ‘Natural Wonders of Alaska’ tour with Titan Travel. I knew before my visit that the ASLC is much more than just an aquarium and a tourist attraction. I enjoyed of course seeing the wonderful displays... More

We were glad for the chance to visit her and see animals that are native to the area. Loved the plaques describing the animals; exhibits were very well done. Nice gift shop too!

It is not a big center but it is well worth the visit. My kid loved to see the birds flying and to touch the sea animals.

Perhaps we set ourselves up for disappointment, but having experienced the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California, this visit to the Alaska SeaLife Center was a bit disappointing. I wasn't expecting it to be as big, but I was expecting to see a little more "Alaska specific" information. It felt to me that it was lacking some of the information that... More

This is a must see/do activity when visiting Seward. The folks at the Sea Life Center do amazing work rehabilitating animals! A fantastic way to learn and experience the animals from the pristine waters of Resurrection bay. We strongly recommend this wonderful place.
