Nice and modern with a helpful staff, thought we would stay for a hour, stayed for 4! Plenty of parking, easy access, neat gift shop was nice but the sea life was definitely the draw. A lot to explore, animals to touch, up close and personal displays took our quick trip and turned it into a whole morning of fun.

The staff was all very friendly & informative about the animals & facilities. My husband & I went there for my birthday celebration (I love animals & seeing an aquarium/zoo every year is our tradition.) I was honestly expecting MORE animals, including deep sea life animals, (other than the jellyfish & sea cucumbers,) but overall it was a lovely place... More

Visited on a rainy day and enjoyed the place. Modern amenities and extensive offerings at the gift shop including artwork and jewelry. An unexpected stop during the Alaska adventure.

We took a trip to Seward in January to have a winter adventure. Luckily the Sea Life Center had the Weird Fishtival and it was a great way to spend a half day with the kids. They were able to see a lot of sea life up close and learn a lot. It was worth the price of admission. We... More

If you enjoy getting to know some of the local animals, this is the place to go. Kids will have a fun time with the touch tanks and the bird exhibit. It was fun just to watch the birds playing around. It is amazing to watch how deep some of the bird can get diving. I will admit that it... More

It's a great place to take younger kids. They have a hands on exhibit where you can touch star fish, anemones, and other sea creatures. My personal favorite part of the sea life center is their birds. They have an underwater view area so you can see them dive under, which was down right amazing. My son loves the giant... More

Great place for a family and friends visit. The best part that you can get close to the birds and even touch the sea stars and other creatures which lives under the water.

I was expecting more. I guess I expected too much. It was a 3 hour drive from Wassilla and I was disappointed. They charge $22. Per adult. They had a couple of touch tanks for the children. They do have an observation deck. That was nice.

25.00 a person is outrageous...then add 75.00 if u want to participate with say an octopus encounter ...uhm no... they have some sea birds and seals... salmon..halibut and eels....a small touch tank and an outrageously priced gift shop.... it was something to do ..I guess being from Oregon...seals are nothing fascinating... we were in and out in 30 minutes
