Booked as an excursion whilst cruising with Silversea. The description sounded great and as I'd not been on a horse for quite a few years I thought this might be fun to get back in the saddle. Unfortunately it promised more than it delivered and most of the slow plodding walk was nose to tail through forest and along dirt track shared with hikers, cars and small buses. I guess that's that's probably fine for some people with limited horseback experience, but I was somewhat disappointed.

The tour was well organized and our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. The ride to the dog run training track in the unimog was fun. But to have 16 dos pulling us around the track was fantastic. It's cool to see how excited they get to work and run. Also beautiful scenery on the way to and from the center of town for pickup and drop off.

Such a great experience. The knowledge of everyone involved (especially Thomas) in this experience were knowledgeable and great teachers. Took boring information and make it fun and interesting. He talked about the history of Skagway, the trials and tribulations related to the area as well as the dog sledding. The dogs were very sociable and fun to watch. The sled ride was a hint of what the real racing is and it was so exciting to experience. Would do this excursion again without even thinking.

We went and on our tour the water was rough and we took 2 boats for about 1 hour and 15 to a island in middle of the ocean. rough ride their but once there we walked a little bit and changed into extra clothes that were provided and went on an ATV guided trail. Stopped a couple of times on the trail and took some great pictures. We rode for like 2 hours then had a lunch (sandwich and apple sauce) however when we left it got dangerous. First of all only on boat came so all 25 of us got into in boat. Then the weather and the ocean got rough...enough at one point the front of the boat went under the water. Everyone on board was screaming but we made it. The guide did a great job of staying calm and the captain did too. We made it back but we shouldn't have been out there under those conditions. I would recommend trip on a good weather day.

My first time zip lining and it was a thrilling experience. I’m pretty chicken when it comes to heights but my siste in-law talked me into this adventure and the guides were great. The attention to safety was appreciated and I felt safe. The scenery that we saw was amazing as we zipped along. The drive to get to the zip lines was an extra bonus. The driver told us about the area and it was fun riding in the unimog. My sister-in-law who had ziplined 2 times before said this zip line was by far the best.
