Very quaint town. Some lovely locally made jewellery to be brought, nice change from the numerous same same over the top jewellery shops.

We loved walking up and around the city. Beautiful. So relaxing! Great local shopping places with GREAT BARGAINS!

All of the wonderful shops, boardwalk and colors. Took a train ride, beautiful scenery. Spruce Tip pub and great food and for those that like beer, Spruce Tip Beer.

Nice place to buy souvenirs and get a lot of history about the gold rush. The starting point for the train ride or many other excursions. Close to nature.

This is a great community with lot's of friendly locals. The area has some excellent history and absolutely beautiful scenery. I will go back and spend more time there.
