It is a historical place. You have to see it. You can see them throwing fish. It has a lot of shopping and food to choose from.

Had an enjoyable visit over Thanksgiving weekend. Fun shops and great produce markets. Don't miss the Flying Fish Toss...it's a blast! Be prepared for a crowd!

A can't miss in Seattle. Tons of tourists (including ourselves) but it's an awesome atmosphere. I'd love to have a way to purchase and cook seafood while I'm in town. Just walking around and people watching is worth the trip !

Really like this place very much. Full of diversity, culture and historical. Must go when in Seattle. We have had the best breakfast in Lowell's restaurant overlooking the Ferris wheel and the water front. Saw the fish throwing, gums walls, had coffee in the world's first Starbucks, happy hour at the Irish bar in one of the alleys and took... More

We went back to the market again and again. There is so much to see! Be sure to watch the flying fish toss and don't miss all the cool stores in the lower levels!

Something new to look at. I love the overall vibe and the hustle and bustle of the market. The book store on the 1st level down (I think) is awesome. The owner is almost always singing to you and telling jokes when you walk in.

Here you get a feel of what real fish market is like. Heaps of exotic fish, crabs, prawns (Shrimps), lobsters, morsels, Fist being thrown from one guy to other on the counters. Though there are more onlookers than customers at this place due to its attraction. Beyond sea food, you have lots of shop selling local ware be it edibles... More

The Pike Place Market was cool to walk around. It's almost December and everything is very festive. I enjoyed seeing all the Christmas lights shaped like fruit. They had a giant LED carrot, strawberry and a bunch of other fruits.

This still has a great atmosphere. It was during the weeend when we visited and the place was buzzing. Great selection of fresh produce. Wish every city in the UK had such a place
