For one of the best views of Seattle head to Kerry Park, a small park located on the south side of Queen Anne Hill.  A photo from here is Seattle postcard-perfect, featuring ferries crossing Elliott Bay, the city skyline with the Space Needle in the forefront and, if weather conditions are favorable, a view of Mt. Rainier.

Kerry Park is the place to get that perfect downtown Seattle skyline photo, with Mount Rainier in the background. (West Seattle or the ferries are great for getting the full skyline, but you'll need to be northwest of downtown to get the view of Rainier.) A couple things to keep in mind: this place is purely for the view. It's... More

Kerry Park offers many opportunities for great photography shots. High on a hill it has a panorama of most of the city. A great place to visit.

This is the most picturesque view of the entire city. Nearly all picture of the Seattle skyline were taken here. It easy to miss as it's only about a block long. If you're staying in Queen Anne (or you're not), make a point to come here! You feel like you can practically touch the Space Needle!

Tiny park with a few benches. Offers great view of Space Needle and Downtown Seattle. Walk west on Highland Dr to reach another park. It is high up, so best take a bus.

Cheeky! The view from the park gives the slightly visually deceiving view of the Seattle skyline where the needle appears to be the highest point! (It's not by far) but it makes a great photo.

On a clear day (good luck!) fabulous view of downtown Seattle and Mount Rainier. Nearby on Highland Drive great views of the Olympic Mountains which are former seamounts that have beenshoved up onto the continent and accreted. Remember if you can see Mt. Rainier it is about to rain and if you cannot see it -- it is raining!

The park is perfect for photo ops with Seattle's famous skyline. We went at night so the skyline was lit up with pretty lights, took groupfies (flash required to include us in the photos :) ). There were some sculptures we weren't able to appreciate much, though, because it was dark, and my friend who is a local said that... More

A view that can't be beat! Truly worth a cab or Uber ride from your hotel. Enjoy the sunset on a clear night and then walk a few blocks up to Queen Anne business district for dinner.

Go here and watch the sunset. You will be so thankful you did. You get the whole city, the space needle, and the mountain... all in one beautiful photograph. We chose to walk here from Pike Place Market and it is definitely an uphill walk, but it's doable.

I lived on Queen Anne for many years and this is one of the most Iconic views of the city. There are always people here taking it in, Also walk West down Highland a couple blocks to the corner for another great view to the West
