    Lots of Fish
This was a lot of tun. The fish were so interested. They even have sea horses and I haven't seen sea horses in years. The many types of fish is amazing the people who work there are very informative. The reasone I have it a 4 instead of a 5 is they take your picture and they charge extra to actually get it The cost to get in is expensive enogh. We did the space needle and their pictures were free, You just go to the website they give you. why can't the aquarium do that?

    Fantastic Aquarium in Seattle!
My wife and I love to visit aquariums around the world and in the US, so when we went on a trip out to Seattle, we had to of course make a stop here. We loved this aquarium! One of my wife's favorite parts were the outside exhibits that were in the open air, it was not something you see often at an aquarium and they were really cool to look at. We also, of course, loved the underwater room that gave you a glimpse into the Seattle "bay" area. It was extremely unique and we spent quite sometime in that room. The size of the fish in that particular tank was phenomenal! We would highly recommend aquarium-lovers to visit this aquarium!

    Great for a Rainy Day!
I visited for the first time in February 2023. The weather was awful therefore this was a great place to visit! There are also birds, sea lions, and a few other animals in addition to the fish. I really enjoyed my visit.

Nice aquarium, could do with a refurb
Nice aquarium, plenty of interative exhibits and viewing areas. Was pretty expensive to visit, and was pretty hectic on a Sunday. The fish seem well cared for, but public areas could do with a refresh.

    Northwest sea aquarium
The aquarium is extremely interesting to understand the marine life around Seattle. However there is a part on corral reef habitat that is small and not extremely well developed. Good time for families more with smaller children.

    Okay
It was okay. I’m glad I visited this on city pass otherwise o would’ve considered it a waste of money. You can tell it’s an older building. There’s currently construction making it hard to get to. I’ve been to many aquariums and this is not my favorite. Really young kids may enjoy it. The outdoor exhibits make it hard to get good pictures because of the glare of the sun. The touch pool was neat. It was nice to feel how interesting everything was. I will say the cafe was pleasantly surprising. I ordered the Hawaiian bowl and it was good. Very filling. I ate outside which was nice. The gift shop was on par with other places as far as prices go. It didn’t take long for me to go through this aquarium. It was okay to do once but I wouldn’t return.

A bit small but reasonably well done.
There are better aquariums around the US but this one is OK. It is comparitively small to most, but the exhibits are well maintained and pretty well organised & maintained. There are tanks full of animals & plants from different regions along puffins, seals & sea otters. The cost of entry is probably a bit steep considering what is there. We went to the Shedd Aquarium (Chicago) a couple of weeks later & is was so much better.

    Lovely, but expensive aquarium
We liked our time at the aquarium. The prices however are absolutely insane. It prices locals out of the park - and as a visitor, I was extremely surprised at the entrance price. We liked the touch tank and seals the best. If you don’t mind spending $$$ for an hour (maybe 1.5 hrs) of your time, then worth it. It was also extremely crowded - so if you don’t love crowds double check to see what time is least crowded.

Pleasant Indoor/Outdoor Aquarium with views of Puget Sound
This was part of a tour with daughter and son-in-law of Seattle fish market and shore. The aquarium is in two parts, with both indoor and outdoor pools, so can warm up occasionally on chilly days. Very nice outdoor pools for larger fish and otters and sea lions.

So much to learn and see
We are from the East Coast and found this museum to be more informative than the National Aquarium in Baltimore, Maryland. We learned so much about the local species, saw an octopus, and experienced displays that were new and exciting for us. We spent two hours at the Aquarium. Went on a Monday and tickets were approximately $39. Great activity for couples, families, and solo visitors.

One of the best aquariums I have ever visited. Lots of school children on the day I visited. Well laid out with wonderful sea life. The outside areas were awesome too. Loved the seal pool.

Save your 36$ general admission and got to a pet store or Walmart. They are a better experience and more varied. They literally have exhibits composed of VIDEOS of animals--like Orcas. The exhibit windows are dirty and grimey. It's cramped and does not have a flow of foot traffic and seems ad hoc. No parking, difficult to access. Terrible, awful, horrible. The worst Aquarium I have ever been to. I could not conceive in my mind of something so bad and worthless

THE OUTDOOR AREAS WERE PRETTY COOL, OTTER AND SEA LION WERE ENTERTAINING. A BIT OVERPRICED FOR THE FACILITY IN MY OPINION, NOT TO MENTION THE HIGH PRICE FOR PARKING IN THE AREA.

Expensive price for the small collection. Good for children as lots to keep the occupied. Overall it was OK but for the price I was a bit disappointed .

Had an amazing time at the aquarium, no wait to enter. We got tickets via the city pass for 1/2 price. The local sea life exhibits were large and diverse. Aquarium had a nice flow through the touch area to the next building and then underneath the water line to a 360 view of underneath the pier, this was my favorite room.

Seattle Aquarium has many Seattle harbor nearby fish and sea plants. Though I don’t know all the kinds of the fish, I really like the unknown sea fish and animals. They are very cute. The aquarium also has some interaction places for the children and adults. Let the visitors become more interested in the sea fish. Thank you for your service.

Had a good time with our two grandsons. I must agree with others: not the best “bang for the buck”, unfortunately. The new addition should help.

There are so many wonderful and different exhibits at the Seattle Aquarium. It's not the biggest aquarium or the most spectacular but it is delightful. I just love seeing all the local flavor with the animals.

Extremely small and very expensive for what you get. The exhibits were tiny and you could barely see anything amidst the crowds. We paid $90 for 2 tickets and were done with the entire experience in 20mins. The Vancouver BC aquarium was leaps and bounds better. Hope this aquarium does a huge revamp soon because it’s sorely needed!
