The absolute Holy Grail for true Sci-fi fans of all genres, amazing collection.

It seems most of the collection I've seen, Visited 3 times, is from Paul Allen, who must be one of the biggest, if not the biggest nerds of all time. Incredible props and art from... read more

It seems most of the collection I've seen, Visited 3 times, is from Paul Allen, who must be one of the biggest, if not the biggest nerds of all time. Incredible props and art from all genres of Science fiction, all fantastically prepared and displayed. I wish it were 1000 time bigger, and all their cool stuff isn't always able... More

The Star Trek exhibit was everything we hoped for. Incredible to see costumes worn by your favourite characters. Timeline presented on one wall of the exhibit generated several discussions. Be sure to visit the pod which puts you into one of three Star Trek experiences which you view on a monitor. Experience includes being transported down to a planet!! On... More

This is not it. When I went some ten years ago, you would see dioramas suspended from the ceiling, a giant hall, wide and tall, filled with 100s of book descriptions, looking at the development of science fiction since Verne in the 1870s. It was what a museum should be- analysis. I used the placards to determine the books I... More

I have watched this franchise since the first show in the 60's. I watched "Beyond" just last night. This is a must see for all Trekers and people interested in science as much is here or started with the show. Can you saw flip phone? Getting up close was special. Turning into a Borg is sleep mode was cool. Beaming... More

Part of EMP, the Star Trek exhibit is not to be missed. Kirk's chair, Worf's batliffe, original costumes. Calling all trekkies...

We went to the museum and they had a horror movie exhibit that was awesome. Lots of artifacts as well as television screens with videos giving background info on various movies. Overall it was a fun experience.

I had been through and earlier exhibit that was spectacular with displays of my old favorite movies when I was a kid. But this current exhibit was mostly costumes on mannequins with no faces

I am not a science fiction fan and I don't really like music trivia so I was surprised to find this museum amazing. The architecture is both beautiful and brilliant, perfectly suited to grey Seattle and also to the contents of the museum, but the Nirvana exhibit, the Science Fiction exhibit were really interesting and the Music Lab is one... It is part of the EMP museum and is great. From Princess Bride to Star Trek. Lots of cool stuff. With both museums, you can spend a lot of time here. Lots of interactive displays of modern history There's also a great playground outside
