Time to remove this as an attraction. It hasn't run in over 5 years and all the tracks were torn up. The entire old route is now an ugly construction zone, the trolleys are in storage. But to begin with this was phony. The street...More

Too bad that King County Metro only has a bus on the route. The original streetcar was great, but it appears that it will never be back. Route 99 is good to get around the waterfront, but is not nearly the same as the streetcar...More

A fun and easy way to get around downtown Seattle. You can see the sights and it is helpful navigating some of the construction projects underway.

The waterfront streetcar was fun to ride while it was there. But it is essentially gone. The tracks are there. And, actually, the streetcars are still stored in a facility somewhere in Seattle. It was closed down several years ago when they needed the location...More

The trolly has been abandoned forever. The tracks are still there to rust away, tripping the lost cruise passengers looking for their boat. All in the name of progress or something.

It is not being operated in Seattle now. When it operated it took people to the Seattle waterfront to dine at the seafood restauants, and visit the shops there. It is from Melbourne Australia brought to Seattle by George Benson a pharmacist/City Council member ....More
