Walking along the Seattle Waterfront is a perfect way to soak up some Northwest atmosphere.  Take in views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains while exploring Olympic Sculpture Park, the Seattle Aquarium, shops, and restaurants like Ivar’s, a local landmark, where you can watch the ferries load and depart while you eat.

Once again, everything I saw in Seattle was breath taking. The enviroment is absoutely gorgeous, the flowers bloom constantly once the snow stops. Sit on the river front with a friend, a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and just dream.

On a rainy Seattle day, still had lots of fun, and plenty to see. We especially enjoyed the view of the snow on the Mountains and the clear view of the Pugent Sound. People were friendly and helpful with directions. We took lots of pictures to enjoy for years to come!

The Seattle Waterfront has to be one of my favourite places, with the Puget Sound off in the distance and the snow capped mountains. The Waterfront area is a trail all along the water. I'd recommend doing the whole walk from start to finish. There are a lot of little gift/souvenir stores to pick up a Seattle memento. There is... More

Hold or cold if your dressed for the weather the waterfront can be a great way to spend a day. Especially if you are not in a hurry or just like to explore what comes your way. If it is cold and rainy put on your raincoat, hat and gloves and grab a hot latte. Enjoy the mist on your... More

The Waterfront area is an awesome place to visit to get great views of Elliott Bay, the Great Wheel and some snow-capped mountains (I think it’s Mt Olympus). If you buy the CityPass, the Argosy Cruise and Aquarium are also in this area, so you could plan to visit on the same day. There are many restaurants here and of... More
