Cal Anderson is a nice park to visit if you happen to be on Capitol Hill. It's very easy to find. Nice fountain as well as lots of space for a picnic on a nice day.

The park is in the middle of Broadway and a good place to sit around for some time. I really liked the big fountain, which reminded me of a small volcano.

This park was created by covering one of the cities reservoirs a few years back. Now with the Capitol Hill Light rail station open it's drawing even more people on sunny days. It's a great place for picnic or hanging out with your dogs.

This parks is located in a very central location on Capitol Hill. There are large grass fields, a waterfall/fountain, soccer field and more. On a nice day its a great place to have a picnic by yourself of with friends
