Only worth a visit during the short season when the roses are at their best ... otherwise not very interesting. The park is well laid-out and would be accessible for wheelchair users. Lovely displays of roses from throughout their history, and good (bi-lingual English and...More

Visited here on a lovely sunny day. Was lots to see and a visit underground was very interesting. A huge variety of roses to be seen. Obviously a lot of hard work was put in by all the growers.

If you like roses you'll love this place, hundreds of different varieties set in large flower beds amongst trees. Never seen so many roses (didn't appreciate that there were so many varieties!) Very nice terrace restaurant, reasonably priced.
