I stopped going to Allure a long time ago but had a gift certificate. I know it’s the time of covid and didn’t expect any extras with my massage. I think perhaps they’re focused on their hair business because the spa side did not feel like anything special. The furnishing are dated. The mood lighting comes off more like spooky/shadowy haunted house than dimly lit call spa. Massage therapist only asked if I had allergies and areas of focus. She didn’t talk about preferred pressure, did not invite questions and provided no instruction. She did not even suggest that I drink water or do any followup. I won’t waste my time here again.…

Very friendly people both at the reception and at the rooms. Careful service trying to make you feel good and satisfied. Not too long waiting list and offering options for a best compromise. Location easy access, close to downtown mall, shops, bars & restaurants. I recommend this spa.…

Although my practitioner was new, she was VERY good. I left relaxed and happy. The shower is amazing. You won't be disappointed with a treatment here.

$95 for a "Senior Massage" 50 minutes. Mine was just about 40 minutes and had to be the worst I have ever had. Hair cut with color $225. Over the top expensive and not the best color or cut. I think Allure is way over priced and the services are not worth the price. Extremely disappointed. …
