$10 spent here was lots more fun than putting it into any slot machine. We got a flyer at the Vegas Convention and Visitor's Center that gave each of us $1 off. The train trip only runs on Saturdays and Sundays this time of year....More

Check the schedule before you go. There are train rides at times which are cool and they offer a program to teach you how to drive a locomotive - be sure to check the site for dates. Otherwise, you kind of walk around a few...More

We have been to many historic train museums and this one is the most well maintained and organised. This museum is open all the time and the backdrop of the desert mountains is beautiful. You can go and wonder around even when official hours close....More
