Great little waterfall to visit right off the main road. It's a short walk from the parking lot on a gravel path. The water was a beautiful color blue/green. Definitely worth the stop, especially if you need to stretch your legs and want to enjoy the view.

It is a nice waterfall, very easily accessible, but easily overlooked for the more spectacular falls around the country

Despite being a very modest waterfall, nothing to do with the likes of Gullfoss or Seljalandsfoss, we had a great time all alone, lost in the wilderness in the snow. Do take the time to swing by if you're hiking Grábrók close by. It has great ice formation in the winter!

Small, compared to others, but striking with it's black lava floor and white water. It was one of my favorites. Short walking path to get to it. Don't be a silly head like me and think at first it was a small road!

Turned off the Ring Road to check out this waterfall. It's more of a wide series of cascading mini-falls that's worth the short hike.

Some of the prettiest falls are not the big ticket ones. This is a lovely waterfall, not large but very pretty and just a short walk from the carpark to a lookout. The surroundings are very pleasant. It was very quiet, nobody else there. There are toilets at the carpark, but there is a fee.

A short walk from your car (parked at the golf course), the raised platform gives a wonderful view of the tiered waterfall on your left, the rapids below and the river continuing to your right. Worth a visit in its own right, it should be combined with the nearby Grabrok crater.

I was really happy with our visit to Glanni Waterfall. Just a short turn off Hwy 1 and a 150 meter walk, this stop was really pleasant and not at all crowded. This is a smaller waterfall than many of the notable ones in Iceland, but is was one of the most pleasant for us. Interesting fall, and (in June) we spotted more than a few salmon jumping their way up the waterfall. Very entertaining and relaxing. A good stop for those traveling Hwy 1 in near Borgarnes.

The waterfalls in Iceland are a visual pleasure. This was another one on our ring road trip which caught us by surprise, given that not alot of people visit this one.

This waterfall is located not far from the highway a few hours north of Reykjavik. There is a small golf course where you park and then its a short easy walk to view the falls. They are not large but are pretty. There are more trails that go further down the river if you want to stretch your legs more. There is a restroom at the golf course.
