Spent the day there after staying up for most of the night before to watch the Superbowl - well done Broncos! Since we were so tired we almost decided to skip this trip and we are very glad that we didn't! We booked the Flybus option offered on the website and it was very convenient and less expensive then a... More

The place is unbelievable! You really have to put some clothes on on the way there, we had terrible cold winds (in July). Easily accessible from Reykjavík, iceland excursions is a perfect choice for example. Once ther, enter the beautiful modern building and enjoy! There is also a restaurant, Volcano restaurant or something, amazing looking, but kinda expensive. The lagoon's... More

Visited the blue lagoon and spent the afternoon there. Fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it. All the add ons are a bit pricey but you can reduce this by taking your own towels and robes. Swim up bar is great and you must try the smoothies they are delicious. The cleaner in the changing room really took pride in... More

When you go to the spa make sure you hire a bathrobe as soon as you enter. No one told us and found it embarrassing when we had to go looking for a bath robe when you're dressed only in a swimsuit. appart from that little mishap it was totally amazing, sitting in the warm water with a cool drink... So glad we made trip to this attraction. Beautiful clean very warm water. Pool bar and restaurants. Extremely popular venue but very well organised and all latest technology for coping with masses of tourists. Locker system brilliant. Large clean well manned changing rooms with clear instructions in many languages. All staff spoke excellent English. Travel to and from Reykjavik by... More

We booked to go one day in our holiday however if you had time on the day you are returning to the airport would recommend this as a way to pass the time. It was snowing when we stepped outside from the changing rooms so it was a quick run into the water but once in it was difficult to... More

Book direct with the Blue Lagoon, we saw packages with companies like Viator.com at over £200! There are a few options, we went for comfort which was brilliant. 55 euros. This includes a towel, a drink, face scrub and mask in the lagoon, a little gift bag with more face mask. My top tip, book in advance as it does... More

This morning I visited the blue lagoon, it was very cold outside but fantastically warm inside. What's more you can drink alcohol whilst in the water!! What could be improved is that there are only instructions for what you need to do inside the changing room lockers and there aren't many private changing areas. Also glasses wearers beware do not... Visited with my dad around 5pm. Very cool experience to be there when it was still light outside and to be there at night. We did the comfort spa experience, which I highly recommend. The use of a bath towel, 1 free drink, skin care trial pack and an algae mask and moisturizing mask was great. We loved that we... More
