good to get out on a wide and easy to run track, especially good for getting over jetlag. the loop is about 15k around but you can make it shorter by crossing over bridges. good sightseeing along the way. there's always plenty of people on the track, even from 5.30am.

This is a nice place to rest and relax while seeing kayaks and boats nearby. If you can get a hotel close to here is awesome. Some hotels offer free bike rentals and you can cruise along the Charles river. Feel the breeze and fresh air from the open spaces. I also take a walk in this path for half... More

Views are everywhere on this walk, the cool breeze in July, the kids in their sailboats, Boston regulars always include this in a visit. Well worth the time perfect for power walking, a romantic stroll or even a serious Run.

We stopped at this bike path during a hot day in Boston, it was awesome to feel the breeze from the water and watch all the sailboats and kayaks. It was the perfect little break in our busy day!

Whether a native or out-of-towner, biking the Charles River is a great way to see a lot of Boston and Cambridge. Don't hesitate to take it west through Brighton, and even on to Watertown and Waltham. This year much is newly maintained, with more to come.

Ideal track to jog in the morning. I did it summer, but believe that it's equally pleasant in fall and spring.

Great place for walking, running, biking. Beautiful views of the city and the river. Bike path that is well-used. And if you desire a less strenuous time, perfect place for people-watching.

There is nothing better than a walk, run, or bike along the Charles river on a beautiful Boston day. The Bike Path is well maintained and goes for miles- from Boston all the way out to Newton. Not sure how long exactly, but you could definitely get in more than 15 miles if you work it out. For the causal... More
