We enjoyed this park just as much, if not more than the capital building itself. Very nice and peaceful park with walking trails, benches, fountains, monuments, etc. There's also an interesting monument honoring the civil rights movement.

We were very impressed with the Capitol Square Park area which appeared to be a favorite spot for people just to sit and enjoy nature. Fountains, walking paths and memorials make the area interesting and well worth visiting!
