Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

You enter Poljanska valley through Škofja Loka,. Just follow the signs Žiri or Poljane. Turn to the village Gornja Žetina and park in Črni kal, from where you continue on foot through woods till you reach the plateau on 1562 m above sea level. There is a cottage with local food and stunning wievs.

Nice day hike up the mountain. Great views from top, and on the backside there is a restaurant not far from the top.

The approach to this grass topped hill, the highest in this little range above the Poljane valley, is quite steep, but not at all dangerous. There are spectacular views all around (360 degrees). A short descent from the hilltop takes one to the welcoming little restaurant below, where the welcome is friendly and food and drink are very reasonably priced.

Mountain with great views is easy to reach. There is a road going almost to the top, but it is more fun to wal at least half of hour or come with a mountain bike...

Take a walk in this area if you get the chance. Views are gorgeous. You may even find a local church with free schnapps to support the weary walker

Blegoš is an interesting mountain for easy Sunday trip. You can walk up with family or children from the last village in a short time. Main problem is that you have road practically to the top and many “mountain lovers” just drive up and spoil the atmosphere. You have a nice alpine hut near the top and you can find some food and drink there. In winter, when road is closed, it is a real tour and when the hut is closed, you need to have your own food and drinks. In snow in fog it is not easy to reach the top.
