We only stopped into town briefly but it has some cute shops and I liked the Town Crier board. There was some construction going on which wasn't quite as pretty but hey ho, that's life. Worth a stop if you're in Woodstock.

We walked around Woodstock and saw this hand written chalk board. It serves as an update on what's happening in the little town. The town itself is definitely set up with the tourist in mind. They're plenty of shops and restaurants and the people are friendly. We enjoyed our visit for sure!

This was our first visit to Woodstock, and we loved it! There are lovely shops, hotels, and restaurants, as well as a covered bridge. Our trip was at the peak of the changing of the leaves, and it reminded me of a Hallmark movie!

Very nice town with art galleries, shops, antiquing all in walking distance. I think most of the good restaurants are in the inns. They could use a nice coffee shop! Was without my cold brew during our stay in this town!

Check it out , near the General Store, what a great idea. If you can't find it, just ask. Gift shop nearby has nice quirky and reasonable things. I look for local or at least made in USA items and found many.

We spent half a day just walking up and down and enjoying the shops. If you like that sort of thing - just window shopping and eating ice cream -- then it's perfect. Such a beautiful town.

We had a lovely stroll around Woodstock. Apparently we arrived just in time as the power had gone out about three hours before we got there and it had just come back. Lots of quaint shops to explore. There were a few restaurants that looked nice if we were open to eating. We even discovered a little market on a... More

How often do you see town events written on a chalkboard. Quintessential Vermont! A charming town to stroll, take in a few shops and have a bite to eat!

This was super cute in the town square. Though, informative and sweet. I love these nice villages in Vermont.
