This is one of the worst venues to see a concert. Went recently to the Stevie Nicks concert. Ran out of wine before the show started. Only certain stations were open and all ran out of certain advertised beer. The bathrooms were in terrible shape before the concert began and were never cleaned. Stalls were locked bc of overflowing toilets... More

I visited with work colleagues during a conference downtown, we watched the Hawks vs. Bucks and the house team won. It was a great experience, we found our seats relatively easily, getting into the arena was easy too, we had a few beers, hot dogs and popcorn inside and some of us also got some souvenirs on the way out.... Lots of food at the food court at the entrance. Great experience for a NBA game. Showtime! Showtime!

This was my first time at Philips and it was ok. We went to a comedy show and were on the ground floor and it was ridiculously crowded and hot. I thought I was going to pass out a few times but all in all I would rate it average too a little above average as far as venues go.... More

We enjoyed Atlanta Hawks vs the LA Lakers here on our trip to Atlanta, unfortunately the Hawks lost at the end but it was enjoyable! They really do a lot in the spare moments to entertain you. The arena is lovely, there is a lot of fast food choices and great shop for Hawks merchandise. We got free noise makers... More

I went for a Cavs-Hawks game. Amazing atmosphere. Got a chance to watch LeBron at his best. Great location in Atlanta.

This is a very good venue for a concert. Not too large, as some are in Atlanta, though not intimate. It is easy to navigate and the staff are very helpful in terms of navigating you to your seats or out of the Arena.

I just attended the recent ATL Hawks and LAX Lakers NBA and had a great time. The arena is extremely clean and has all kinds of great sports memorabilia stores you can spend time in if you get there early. I was in a corporate suit and the folks working the event were great. The food was liked by all... More
