Wonderful theater

Very professional theater for a local company. Some of the plays go from Atlanta to NY and Broadway. Always very well done with excellent actors and actresses.

We have been season ticket holders as this is such a charming theater with world class plays. If you love the theater, don't miss this on your next visit to Atlanta.

I recently visited the Alliance Theatre and thought it was a great venue. Located in Midtown it is convenient to get to via MARTA (right behind the Arts Center Station), it's within walking distance from several hotels, and as it's inside the Woodruff center, there is plenty to do there. It's Family friendly and from what I understand, the Theatre... More

We have been season subscribers for three years since moving here. They do 4 performances per season. Highly professional with incredible sets and top notch actors. Just saw Zorro which is on its way to bigger and better things. Go and see a play for yourself. Hertz Stage is in the same building and another theatre choice.

The Alliance Theatre is a wonderful venue. The theater is small enough to enjoy the play from any seat. The current show, Zorro, runs through May 5, 2013. It is a musical. The music is great & fun. The cast voices were fantastic. The play is very good but I did not give it a 5 star rating because it... More

I went to see A Christmas Carol here TWICE it was so excellent! Absolutely loved it! We even sat on the back row of the main floor for one performance- the view was still great since it is a smaller venue. If you park in the connected parking deck, it makes for a convenient, quick excursion. But alas, no good... More

Alliance theater has a good set up for audiences as long as you are in Orchestra seats. The production of Good People was very good and the actors were excellent.

We seem to attend a performance here every year. It's more contemporary than the Fox Theater and lacks some of the elegance, but it's more intimate -- more up-close and personal when taking in a performance.

I've been to theatre productions around the world and the Alliance can hold its own against any of them. The auditorium is comfortable, lighting and sound system state-of-the-art, and the performances for the most part, remarkable. No wonder the Alliance earned a Tony award for best Regional theatre.
