Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

They had technical issues and the ballet was delayed for 1.5 hours! The communication of the issue was very poor! I would not recommend this ballet to anyone!

If you are a Walking Dead fan, then this is a fun quick stop. In the first season, Rick Grimes travels to the CDC in Atlanta to try and fine answers. This Performing Arts building was used as the CDC. After seeing this, I’m confident you will go rewatch that episode.

This was our second time at this venue and each time it was great. We went last night to see the Beach Boys and it was great. It is very clean and modern. The sound was good. The seating is NOT CRAMPED. It was actually very comfortable.

We bought tickets to see Il Volo. We enjoyed the show very much, the performance was outstanding. We arrived at the parking garage that seemed to have plenty of parking. There is also an adjacent parking lot. The charge was $10.00 to park. When you enter the facility there is now extra security screening and our experience was that it seemed to move rather quickly. They have concessions that sell some food, drinks etc. They also had beer, wine and liquor selections. You also had an opportunity to buy souvenirs if you wished. I have attended a show previously. The venue seating is good. I believe the acoustics are good and you seem to have a good view from anywhere in the theater. We enjoyed the show and the venue. We will return for future shows. When we left I didn't like that we only had the option of turning right and that is not the direction we wanted to go. This was inconvenient and it would be good if traffic was actually directed.

My husband and I and a friend all went to the King Crimson Concert at the end of September. We were supposed to have another couple with us but their babysitter arrangements fell through.

My husband and I bought 5 seats for the concert, and since there were 3 of us, we sat together but in the best 3 seats. Because of the height of the patron in the row in front of us, our friend/coworker moved over one seat from me. We were just up from the rail on the main floor, the row of seats under the upper balcony. We had some of the best seats in the house for sightlines and sound. The band was ON and was performing far better than it had when we saw it in Chicago earlier in the month.

Everything was great until it felt like it was raining. At first it was a mist, then it was full on liquid pouring onto us and the surrounding area. I, our friend and our seats, including the floor area, were covered in some sticky drink. Probably a something-and-Coke. We both tried to lean out of the way. The liquid was dripping from the overhead stage lighting array (I wonder if any of them shorted out after that?). The people in the row behind us got hit too and were NOT HAPPY.

This was fortunately only one long song before intermission; at that time I and our friend told the usher for our section. She was horrified. She was also brand new so she took us to the more senior person on the section door from the lobby. It was obvious this woman really didn't care. She seemed to be sleeping standing up and all she did was say that the supervisor was "down there," which was another section. We told the usher on that door what happened and she tried to find the manager.

The manager told us "Oh he apologized and we cleaned up the mess." I couldn't believe that; this was AFTER I told her I and our friend (who was standing with me) had a sticky cocktail on us and our seats were coated, as were the people behind us. She didn't seem to get it. We both told her you better get our section cleaned up before the intermission is over so we can sit there. We were told she would and everything would be fine. Our friend is very polite but I could tell he was angry. I certainly was.

So intermission is over and we think everything is good. We expected our seats to be wet but when we sat in them the armrests were still sticky and our shoes still stuck to the floor. The people behind us said they came and looked at it. So at this point an usher comes and gets us and asks us to step outside as the concert is just starting again. We are told that the manager wants to re-seat us. When asked, they won't tell us where. My husband and I had been looking for empty seats on the lower level and there might have been 1, maybe 2. There were 3 of us. And, we did want to be together. I told them that we had purchased all 5 of those seats and we would sit in the best of the 5. I also said there was no way we were going to go sit in the nosebleeds after paying that kind of money. I went back in to our original seats with the men in line behind me.

What a bunch of CRAP! They wanted to stick us someplace else without asking us if we would accept other, likely very inferior, seats, and they didn't even ask how we were after having a drink dumped on us! It's going to need to be a pretty special artist to get us back to this venue. Really poorly run. You need a management consultant AND a customer service consultant to come in and train your people!

Love the venue, been here for several shows. The worse thing are the actions of some patrons. You know the ones videoing, talking on the phone, coming late, and acting entitled. Highly recommend the venue, but we are remiss to attend more shows because they don'[t deal with phone and tablet usage during the show. Why not just come and act like it's not all about YOU? We all paid for tickets and don't appreciate the distractions.

My husband took me to see Shen Yun at Cobb Energy Center. The seating is excellent. The staff are friendly. The acoustics are amazing. I don't think there's a bad seat in the house.
