It was a beautiful autumn tour walking around town with six stops to taste some local fare. Our meeting location at Pretzel & Pizza Creations offered a finger-food sized Turkey Reuben Calzone which was very fresh and a different twist. Brewer's Alley offered a historical name with the local 1634 Ale and a delicious pizza with fresh mozzarella. Our next... More

At $54 online discount, this tour is actually really worth every dollar. You get a real taste of Frederick history, culture and food. There are so many places that this tour has pointed out to me that I never knew existed. The portion sizes varied at each establishment but I was left feeling full before the end of the tour.... Had a great time today with our guide, Jackie. The food was wonderful and we gathered lots of knowledge of the city, buildings, gardens, and the "food scene". Good mix of food stops and a walking history lesson on Frederick. I've been on 8 food tours around VA, MD, and FL and this was by far the most organized and... More

Great way to spend some time with someone from the area, who knows History of the area. Also, to sample some food of different restaurants. Also, to give recommendations of the area. Highly recommend.

This was an excellent food tour (and we've been on a couple in a number of cities). Jackie was really nice and very proud of Frederick which seemed like a really cool place.

Ann was a tremendous tour guide, and we were fortunate enough to have her all to ourselves! The restaurants and stores we visited were well-chosen, and the arrangements at each location were seamless - we felt very special! Ann was able to give us as much historical info as we requested, and she had some really fascinating tidbits to share... More

Frederick, MD is a mostly undiscovered treasure full of a variety of interesting shops, historic venues, antiquing, great restaurants and charm! Some of this is covered in a three hour walking tour called "TASTE OF FREDERICK". As a reminder, do not eat anything at least 2 hours before you embark on your tour as there are six venues that will... More
