We used to live in Javea and often visited Granadella. The restaurants and bars overlooking the beach and cove are a little basic but provide so fresh seafood and cooling beers. The welcome is first class. However caution if one does not like heights then coming back up might be a problem with let us say wonderful scenery but with... More

Such a lovely peaceful place this time of year, great place to chill and relax. Only a couple of restaurants but plenty of parking, can be busy high season but still worth a visit 😆

We have visited here many times as the beach is gorgeous and the two little restaurants good for lunch. Only ever managed to get a parking space out of season....so get up early in peak if you want to visit here......worth it!

We stayed in Valencia for 2 weeks, and decided to get out side of the city to explore. A drive to La Granadella beach is about 1.5hrs but it worth it. Very picturesque area, with secluded beach surrounded by mountains on both sides. Parking is very tight - we barely found parking both of the times we were there during... More

Such a gorgeous beach - stoney but the rock pools and the snorkelling cannot be beaten. There is also a boat hut so you can hire out a canoe and enjoy the views around the bay.

Awesome spot. We were there in mid October so hardly anyone about. Fortunately the sea was still warm. Spent the day snorkeling and will be back.

Great location. Pebbles for a beach, so not a lot of noisy children. Seating and sun shades during summer months. Great for a paella under the pine trees. Few restaurants/ bars. Lovely swimming. Would recommend to get away and relax.

It's a shame about the fire damage recently but the trees will grow back over time. Great little beach to spend time at. The bar there is good and it's great to sit looking out to sea from there.

We have been coming here on and off for nearly 30 years. This visit was the first in four years. The local council have added a massive amount of parking which now attracts crowds that the beach cannot accommodate.
