This was closed for the season when we were there. Sad. I wanted to see this about the creator of Mt. Rushmore. Sad that it was closed for the season.

Very comprehensive display of everything related to the Crazy Horse Memorial. Plenty to look at. The family is continuing his dream...and will probably never be completely finished with the memorial because people return to it now to see the progress...once it's completed, it's done. Not...More

Staff were very friendly and informative. We did the half tour, which consisted of one room of artifacts and a film. The film at Mount Rushmore was more informative. Found it expensive for what we obtained

This is an audio tour. My son, 9, was interested half way through and became bored. However, he did retain a lot. When we went to Mt. Rushmore the next day, he really understood how the mountain was carved and techniques used. So, only going...More

Very interesting and educational history on Borglum and his life as a sculptor. Younger kids may not enjoy as much unless they love history.
