Pretty house, nice tour guide. Worth seeing the spiral stairs. No original furnishings, but pretty things.

People that love history should definitely tour all the historic homes in Natchez. This home did not disappoint. I loved seeing how families lived during this time period.

It seems that there is always something going on at Auburn. We went to the Christmas open house and we could not have had a better time and the food was great.

This home is in need of some TLC on the outside in particular and placed throughout the tour are bowls for donations. There was no pressure however. I think this could be a showcase with some additional funding. Gift shop, like most others, is lacking.

Auburn has nice architecture to it, interesting things to see inside and fascinating story about the owners. There were three different guides and they were great. A park next door (named after most known house owners - Duncan) is very nice as well

This one we thought was a little strange. You get traded off between 3 different tour guides during the tour. The home is nice, but it's surrounded by a public park so there were some people blasting music. The home is nice, but the docents give too much of their personal opinions. The dark headed lady was nice and showed... More

This home is very pretty but the stairs is what makes this home enjoyable. Auburn has one of the only sets of floating stairs in the US in it.

The house was fantastic, almost fully restored. There were a variety of tour guides dressed in period clothes. Each one was informative and friendly. The staircase was amazing almost worth the price of admission. I highly recommend this tour in Natchez

Enjoyed touring Auburn and visiting with the ladies of the garden club. Owned by the City of Natchez and could use some restoration but that didn't detract from our visit.

This was the first of three grand homes we visited in Natchez. It was built by a Pennsylvanian who died not long after it was completed, so there is not a long family history connected with this house, as there is with some other pre-vellum homes. It was augmented by later owners and is today a lovely home-like site. The... More
