If you enjoy architecture, this is a must see. It holds over 20000 people. The top level hands over the main level and looks like it has no support, although I know it must somewhere. It is a beautiful and large building inside and out.

If you are in to architecture this is a must see. Colleen was an excellent tour guide explaining to us how this building was built and how fast it was done. We had no idea what this building was from the outside but did the free tour and were totally amazed on the size . What an achievement to build... More

The LDS Conference Center is a must see in Temple Square in Salt Lake City! From the elegant waterfall in front of this elegant building to the jaw dropping 21,000 seat auditorium to the 4 acre park atop the building you will be amazed. The auditorium, shown through the free guided tours, has no columns in the enormous room. Built... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour and visit. I wouldn't say it's a total must see, but if you have the time then you totally should go. My tour guide was wonderfully informative and I saw and learned a lot. The auditorium is incredibly and the rooftop gardens are very nice.

I don't know that the tour of the center would be very interesting to those not LDS. You get to see the gardens on top (weather permitting) so that could appeal to anyone. But the rest is just a big building with some nice art and a few architecturally clever things. But the tour is free and only takes about... More

We almost missed the cut-off time for a tour but were graciously escorted to the roof with a most delightful guide - loved his tie! The skyline is beautiful from the roof - we hit it as the sun was setting - could even see Antelope Island. Also, very interesting to learn more about the adjoining properties owned by the... More

The tour of the Conference Center was well done and informative. It is a marvel in construction and acoustics. The art gallery was beautiful and host well informed. Definitely worth the time.

The conference center is an amazing building to be in. The size of the building is incredible. Beautiful art work to view. If you are there in the Spring and summer, you must take a tour that lets you on the roof to view the gardens and downtown SLC.

I ended up using their underground parking when going to the Family History Library. For that reason, I had to pay. I was fine with that. The person manning the booth was very friendly and helpful and offered directions to a free parking lot for the library. (I declined-I just wanted out of my car) The layout of the garage... More
