We went two days in a row to see the views from the 26th floor. Both days our timing was off due to special activities. The staff was apologetic. We did truly enjoy the Dixie HS Chorus perform a mini Christmas performance. This made up for our disappointment in not getting to see the 26th floor views. Also like the huge wall mural of Jesus instructing the disciples prior to his ascension is spectacular. The park outside had various Christmas scenes. One was to represent Native Americans view of the Nativity (picture). …

We stopped in here to go up to the 26th floor for the fabulous view. Unfortunately, there was an activity up there, so visitors were not allowed. They desk person did spend some time talking to us and giving us a map and advise on other places to see. Despite not getting to do what we came there for, we felt good with the friendliness and helpfulness that we encountered. …

As the tallest building in Salt Lake City, it offers a great view of the entire valley! They do have some security measures in place, but it's worth it to see the beautiful mountains and valley.

Unfortunately they were not giving tours of the building or rides to the 26th floor the day we visited. In fact there wasn’t even at the information area at 10 am for some unknown reason. We found this out from a staff person manning a desk on the other side. He was only told that tours were not being conducted but without any explanation why. Perhaps next visit will be different.…

You can't miss this skyscraper office building in the center of Salt Lake City and its 28 floor above ground. There is an observation deck on the 26th floor for city viewing. It was built back in 1972 and houses the administration staff of the worldwide Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. BOTTOM LINE: Not much to see inside unless you are visiting a specific church department. Cool to visit the observation deck and lookout over Temple Square, The Slat Lake City Temple and valley. The walkways and gardens to the south of the building are always beautiful to stroll. MY RATING: 7/10…
