The museum spanned the breadth of history from the beginnings of time through to space explorations. The 3-D theater had a variety of shows that could fill an afternoon.

Wonderful museum. Many different genres. We took a cab from the double tree and walked back. Cab was $10.40. After we took the bus for two dollars all day. Definitely worth going. If I came back-I’d go again.

This museum has both permanent and changing exhibits featuring both local art, historical displays, and changing/traveling exhibits. The 'Only in Albuquerque' exhibit is a must see--featuring a large scale aerial photo of the Albuquerque area that you can walk on.

In my opinion, everything about this museum of art and history is terrific--I loved it. We arrived in the morning and started with the cleverly landscaped sculpture garden, which was a well-designed native landscape, with interesting art and life-sized bronze historical sculptures. The Wall of...More

Great experience in this museum. Loved the art work, the history, the cleanliness and organization of the place and all the information provided about the culture and sentiments of Indians and Spaniards.
