We really appreciated the obvious attention that was paid to creating shade for zoo visitors. I don't think I have ever noticed this at another zoo. Overall, this is a good zoo with all the usual animals. The signage was informative with special attention to...More

We biked along the Rio Grande a few miles to enjoy a fantastic morning at the Botanical Gardens, it was so beautiful, sprawling and impeccable. Loved it. From Japanese Garden to Farm animals to cottonwood gallery, exceeded my hopes, I was repeatedly awe struck.

The park is very nice but is building a penguin house and lots of renovations. Would get the train pass and include the aquarium and gardens to complete your day

We traveled up here from Las Cruces hoping for a better zoo than El Paso. We were disappointed by the lack of animals as well as the amount of construction or “work” on attractions. I can’t in good faith rate on the animal activity since...More

This was a great day out - and not too expensive either (though def. bring your own water!) Great seeing all the animals esp. the elephants and orang-utan family. Would recommend.

Idiot wrecks the train and no travel from zoo to aquarium. Won't give refunds for combo tickets. So I'm standing in line waiting for a shuttle that never comes. I guess I'll have to uber to get back to my car. Way to go Albuquerque....More
