We visited Trout Haven with a group of 8 teens and kids. The pond wasn't frozen, so we couldn't do ice fishing. However, the pond had a lot of rainbow fish. We were able to catch around 6; even the 6 year old in the...More

You are going to catch multiple fish. It's absolutely guaranteed. You don't even need to try. My kids had a blast catching the trout. It's $1.25 and inch, and the fish aren't small just keep that in mind. They will clean them for you for...More

We were told upfront the $1.25/inch for each fish caught. We told our kids 10 and 8 they could each catch 2 fish. The good thing is the pond is stocked well and it didn't take long and they enjoyed it. Guaranteed catch, but be...More

Came here with my family (kids 11 and 13). We were told up front the only fee was for fish caught only to be charged a fishing pole rental fee at the end. We were there for 15 minutes, caught 3 fish, and paid $60....More

$3 a rod seems like a great price for some fishing. But 4 small fish ended up costing us $80. They don't let you release the fish so you pay a fortune. Could have gone to a nice dinner for that.

Stopped to let our young children do some fishing. One loves to fish and let's just say we might have converted the other. Bait and poles were provided and kids caught 4 for dinner! It is $1.25 and inch after that and strongly recommend letting...More

I stopped in to let my kids catch some fish. The pond is well stocked. They supply the rods, bait and net. Plenty of parking. A little pricey at $1.50 an inch but fun for the kids. Plan to spend roughly $15 a fish. Four...More

Bring your own rods or rent them for just $1. They provide the bait, the net, the bucket and any help you may need. And the staff is friendly and very helpful. Very small pond so lines could get tangled. It's catch only-no release but...More

This was a fun, easy, affordable outing for younger kids. This is not geared toward the serious fisher - some of the rods/reels were difficult to work. But the fact that everything was provided, and we didn't have to bring or buy fishing gear, or...More
