This is a huge place. Very large and clean. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of cafes and small vendors around. We were here for a competition so I am not sure what is here all the time. The ballrooms for the competitions were beautiful. Lots going on. There was a garage attached and The Omni Hotel is also attached if you... More

Went here with my friend to see the Body Worlds exhibit. They are somewhat unorganized with check in of people, and can be rude to college kids. There's nothing spectacular about it, but the mall is next door so you have a lot of places to eat at or shop at

This is a nice convention center. Worth visiting if you have a convention here, otherwise no reason to do so. If you will be there less than 5 hours park at the Providence Place Mall (5 minute walk, all indoors) to save considerable dollars on parking. Can also park at mall and drive out-in every 5 hours to save on... More

Went there for the IWCS Conference in October. Great meeting rooms and exhibit hall. Food for Lunch was excellent and so was the food at the reception dinner at night. Compared to other venues - a really nice place to hold a smaller conference (1000-1200 people). Can't wait till they have another conference there again.

My husband and I took a day out of our vacation in South County to tour Providence. Being country folk we found it very confusing to find The Visitor's Center not knowing it was located in the Convention Center. After driving around blocks at least 4 times finally found parking deck and walked what seemed forever to find the visitor... More
