This is a big museum with a lot of displays! The hangars are well taken care of with interesting information about the planes and the military. There are a lot of planes outside also so I would think it would be uncomfortably warm in the...More

Mostly combat planes. A tourist tram drives you around but I couldn't help feeling how the theme was on how many kills certain models had. The amount of money spent by government of fighters, some of which were obsolete before they were finished. A small...More

Incredible air museum from commercial air, helicopters, fighter jets, and so much more. Hangers are loaded with some much history WW 1, WWII, Vietnam and desert storm. Did self guided tour and tram tour with a pilot. could spend days visiting a must do.

Wow is all I can say about this place. Truly historical. I leaned so much here about planes, wars and different infantry. I recommend the tram tour as after 5 hangers you get tired and still have to walk the outside plane yard. If you...More

The aviation museum is very informative, but the expanse of the "jet bone yard" is unbelievable. There is not time in one visit to begin to see the many many aircraft in this yard.

I love the non military stuff.. 60s retro time capsule.Remember in summer Early Visit ..global warming is making our desert nearly unliveable in late June. I registered 122 degrees out there last summer one late afternoon.
