This is the type (and quality) of artisanal food shop that one expects to find only in much larger and more exclusive neighborhoods. The pasta is made on-site and there's always a wide variety of unusual, delicious, and magazine-cover-decorative raviolis available. Given the expectation that a store like this would sell mainly fresh pasta, I initially felt a bit let... More

We visited "The Pasta Guy" on our very first stop of our Salem Food Tour. What a delight! We were served butternut squash ravioli with a sage butter sauce.
