We had a great time trying to escape the asylum, even though we didn’t escape. This was our first visit and we will definitely return. The staff member was polite, professional and explained the room and what to expect. FYI, rooms are dark, but not...More
We've tried several other escape rooms and this one was the best we've seen in San Antonio. We chose the asylum challenge. It was difficult enough to be challenging, but not so hard that it was unreasonable. The staff were professional and the game environment...More

The Exit Escape Room was very fun and the staff did help you understand the game before you began. There are also different rooms to choose from ( different themes). It was very exciting and adventurous.

All escape rooms have a minimum number. Some will let you buy it out if your group isn't large enough, but honestly it is more fun and you have a better chance of success with the recommended number of participants. We have never played a game with less than 6 people and the largest numbered 12, half of which were our group.
For this escape room we thought 10 was a good number, but 8 would have worked too.
