Went one morning while visiting SA with wife and were very impressed by Zoo as well as caring staff. Check local tourist papers for discount coupons as it's an even better deal.

This is a top-ten zoo. A great variety of animals to see. Really nice layout - I love how it's like a spoke and easy to go to different areas without having to walk all the way around. Feeding the animals was an experience we'll...More

I liked how the zoo was clean. The animals looked well cared for and well fed. The food and drink were rather spendy

We are fans of zoos. The wildlife is always a thrill but here there are gardens and wonderful paths to view along the way.

In the hot summer days even the animals look for a shade so be prepared to miss a few of them but even so, the ones you can see you will love and enjoy.

I have taken snacks for my kids before and have not had any problems. The food there is very pricey.
