Not convenient, Old, food selection poor and camera system outdated. Announcer for the Bowl game was terrible! Not a great venue in my opinion...Maybe if you're going for Monster Trucks its ok...

I can see that it is being renovated. That is great. There needs to be more elevators, or at least have them all functioning with someone who wants to help people. For the AlamoBowl one of the elevator operators only allowed 5 people on at a time. The line was ridiculous to get onto the elevator. The steps are very... More

We attended the Alamo Bowl. The exterior is good and fun to see. The inside is in dire need of updating. The scoreboards are very outdated and hard to read.

First time in this facility. Very nice place to watch a bowl game. Event food was higher than other event centers I have been at in the past. Stay away from the Nachos and popcorn. They only gave you a small cup of cheese with the chips and popcorn was in a medium size bag. At 7 bucks a pop... More

We attended the Valero Alamo Bowl here. It was a fantastic place to watch a ballgame! Our seats were great! It never felt cramped or crowded inside. We did wait in line for almost 25 minutes to get through security to get inside. During the first quarter, we went down to get something to eat & encountered a hot dog... More

This facility is very antiquated and needs some updating. The scoreboard was hard to read, it is very old style and not what fans are used to these days. The speaker system was terrible, we were in Section 132 on the 30 yard line, when the ref spoke into his mic to give details of the play, we could not... More

First parking is crazy. There are a minimum of handicap parking and they charged us $15 for the privilege. You need to ensure you wear comfortable shoes. You will be walking quite the distance. Please eat before going to any event. Our group tried several place all were horrible and way over priced for the small portions. If you are... More

Easy walk from the river-walk area. Check the website for the carry-in and bag rules. Of course there is food and drinks but there is also top shelf cocktails at a separate serving area that is very nice and no more expensive than the beer.

Attended a Notre Dame FB game there. I don't believe any pro teams use the place so I was surprised at how nice it was. Nice clean bathrooms and lot of seat in the stands.

Best as a site for sports events like the recent Army-Notre Dame football game and the holiday Alamo Bowl game. This is also a concert site but the acoustics are not great. Parking is a hassle and getting there by public transportation worse.
